This course examines the diverse types of demand for meetings, business events, and conventions. It explores the pivotal roles that exhibition companies, exhibitors, and visitors play in shaping the success of business events.
This course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive skill set, encompassing sustainability practices, technological proficiency, client relationship management, corporate hospitality expertise, and an understanding of the transformative impact of mega-events. By integrating these themes into the curriculum, we equip learners with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in the specialized and vibrant field of business event management, where innovation and sustainability are as crucial as ever.

What will you learn in this program?

Participants will gain valuable insights into the dynamics of MICE events and other business events, enabling them to navigate this specialized sector effectively and in a practical way.
The first week of the course serves as an introduction to business event management and introduces strategies for how to build customer loyalty through MICE events and presents insights into the use of project management in the event industry.
The second week of the course focuses on the essentials for planning an event, including how to define necessary activities, how to develop a marketing plan, and how to build a Gantt chart.
The third week of the course shifts the focus from event planning to event execution and centers on the monitoring of all necessary activities to bring an event to life.
The fourth and final week of the course focuses on sustainability, technology, and innovation in MICE events.
