Susana Garrido

Clinical Professor & Program Manager

Susana has been teaching marketing at Les Roches Marbella since 2012. Before joining Les Roches, she developed her professional career in Spain and the United States. Her last position before joining Les Roches was as a Hotel and Spa Manager at a five-star golf resort in the south of Spain. Among others, Susana is responsible for the management of digital resources for education, as well as technological innovation on campus focused on the hospitality industry and entrepreneurship. Susana Garrido is Programme Director and Spark Innovation Project Director at Les Roches Marbella. Susana Garrido holds an MBA from the San Telmo International Institute, a postgraduate degree in Digital Business, as well as a degree in Translation and Interpreting, and a postgraduate degree in Golf Course Management.

I am a professor and a corporate trainer; I share my knowledge and experience in HR and hospitality management. With over 10 years of experience in HR and hospitality, I am a senior headhunter and candidate advisor who helps people find the best fit for their culture and needs. I am truly passionate about teaching and mentoring, especially young people who want to pursue a career in hospitality. I am a Doctor in Tourism, and I am currently doing a Ph.D. in inclusive and sustainable development, focusing on the labor insertion of people with health conditions or impairments in the hospitality industry. My mission is to help people find their purpose and create their career path, while also helping companies promote diversity and social responsibility in the workplace.
